How to overcome anxiety
This course will help you to learn how to change your anxious thinking and how to stop anxiety attacks, resulting in a more relaxed and calm you. The results are amazing and you will be more positive about yourself. Learn techniques which can be used over and over again.
The course is suitable for anyone who is anxious or suffering from anxiety and would like to learn methods to control and stop anxious thinking.
Join a small group of no more than 15.
The objectives for the half day course are:-
- Define what is Anxiety
- Describe causes and signs of Anxiety
- Describe how to cope with anxiety and anxious thinking
- Identify techniques to overcome Anxiety
